Hypnotherapist & Life Coach for Generational Trauma in Moms because.....

I know what it's like to not want to be here anymore.

Not in the way people assume when they read that sentence.

I would never have hurt myself. But there was a period in my life — deep in postpartum OCD, isolated, exhausted, drowning in thoughts I was terrified to say out loud — where I genuinely wished something outside of myself would end my life. Just so it would stop.

I did not want to die. I just desperately needed the pain to end.

I share that not for shock value — but because I know there is a woman reading this right now who understands exactly what I mean. And I want her to know: I see you. I have been you. And I promise you there is another side to this.

The journey that changed everything.

Getting through the postpartum OCD was just the beginning. What came after was a different kind of hard — the slow, grinding reality of being in an emotionally abusive marriage with a narcissist, feeling completely stuck, and watching myself take out my pain on the people I loved most.

My kids were my everything. And yet I was zoned out. Distant. Raging in ways that filled me with shame the moment the storm passed.

The moment that cracked me open? My oldest son asked me if I had postpartum depression.

He was not a baby when he asked me that. He was old enough to have been watching me for years. And when he said it, my whole life flashed before my eyes — every moment I had been physically present but completely unreachable. Every time I had raged and then carried the weight of it for days. Every version of myself I had promised I would become and hadn’t yet.

I went deep that day. And I did not come back up the same woman.

The tools that dusted me off

I learned everything I could get my hands on. I started using Emotional Freedom Techniques — EFT — to move through the fog and the grief and the patterns that had me locked in place. I started rewiring, slowly and deliberately, the belief systems I had inherited but never chosen.

(Side note: one of my favorite  moments was literally air boxing my intrusive thoughts during my PPOCD. Highly recommend. Deeply undignified. Completely effective.)

And then life hit again — because it tends to do that.

My brother ended his life. Two months later, the world shut down with COVID. I was mid-education, mid-divorce planning, and suddenly mid-grief that left me at a standstill.

Two years after that, my best friend — my person, the one who had been helping me build my way out — died suddenly at 44. Natural causes. No warning. We were talking on the phone 1 hour and she was gone the next.

That was it. That was the moment I knew I could not stay another day in a life that was not mine.

Because if there is one thing losing the people you love teaches you, it is that we do not get to know how much time we have. And I was not willing to spend whatever time I had left shrinking.

What I built on the other side.

The summer after I lost my best friend, I surrounded myself with successful women who showed me what was possible. I worked with a Master Life Coach. I got clear on who I was without the marriage, without the survival mode, without the identity I had been wearing like armour.

That January, I ended the marriage.

And then I spent a year doing the deepest work of my life — clearing the patterns and belief systems that had never served me, using EFT and hypnotherapy as my primary tools. It was not linear. It was not easy. But it was the most life changing thing I have ever done.

Today I am a single mother to six extraordinary children — one of whom has Down Syndrome and teaches me something new about joy and resilience every single day. I run three successful businesses. I am in a healthy, loving relationship. I have anxiety sometimes — and I move through life with it without it holding me back.

But the thing I want you to really hear?

I cannot wait to go to sleep at night because I cannot wait for another amazing day to begin.

I used to count down the hours until the day would end. That shift — that specific, quiet, Tuesday morning shift — is the one I want for you.

What I want you to know before we work together.

I come from a long line of addiction, abuse and survival. I have experienced sexual abuse, alcoholic/disconnected parents, and a youth I spent finding my way through — sometimes badly. I have been judged for all of it.

Which is why I will never, ever judge you.

Whatever you are carrying  — the rage, the shame, the patterns, the secrets, the things you have never said out loud — you will be met with complete compassion. Full stop.

I am not a coach who has read about this work from a distance. I have lived it. All of it. And I came out the other side with a methodology, a toolkit, and a deep knowing that transformation is possible for every woman who is ready to do this differently.

You do not have to have it figured out to begin. You just have to be ready.
